Hey folks, I'm based on Salt Lake City (an active earthquake zone) and I'm hoping to get a bit of feedback on how homeowners and property investors in earthquake zones are managing the risk of earthquakes.A few questions:First, does anyone have recommendations for insurers that will provide earthquake coverage in Salt Lake City for older (50-100+ year old) brick homes?

I did hear back from SD county that I'm not eligible now due to my zoning: all homes in my neighborhood must have a minimum 2 acre lot.

Best is to find that slight fixer with some value added. ie: CA zoning laws are allowing ADU's [accessory dwelling units] and even more aggressive laws are coming out next yearI take it even one step further and rent furnished rentals to nurses and other professionals.
