I am from North Idaho, and have been a licensed Real Estate agent for a year now.

I'm going to run some details by you and I'd like all of you who feel you are qualified to advise me so I can learn how to properly analyze these deals and be more cognizant of potential pitfalls/mistakes:So, I found this property off market in a Chicago real estate investment group.

The real giants in our market do all these things well.

In Real Estate, if a seller is aware of an issue with his home, he needs to disclose that to future potential buyers.   

I have been trying to get into WholeSaling real estate to extent from the other real estate investing I do.

I started a business/had twins since inquiring (biz not in real estate) and that has taken up my time.
