There are a bunch of DYI videos online as well but once again check local regulations because you may be required to have licensed installer do the work since it is a rental property.

Aka more traditional marketing.The other side of the spectrum would be if you had tons of marketing money and the properties look very good online through either images and videos.

Five years.... just a random number :) I figure it's more than one (which is important for tax reasons) and less than 10 (which is just so far away my brain doesn't comprehend it!).

There are also sharable project management tools where your team can update real time with you so you can have an ongoing conversation about status with pictures, video, budget etc.

Take detailed photos and video before tenants move in to record condition.
