Evening all, Hope this post finds you well, feels like we have been running in circles for the last few months with no clear path in site.

Now i feel like i should create an LLC just incase for protection.

Understanding and educating yourself on the advantage of different forms of financing is an excellent way to get started and feel more comfortable about the process.

I am fortunate to be surrounded by knowledgeable brokers, agents and hard money lenders but feel I need a solid plan in place before I attempt to tap the resources around me. 

I feel that a new investor doing a BRRRR is too risky and does not have a high success rate.

However, if you live in the half that is rented, make sure you are paying market rent and have a lease drawn up to avoid family problems (eg your siblings feeling like they bought a home, so you could have your own place).
