This approach would allow for us to save up for the next house while hopefully also building some equity.I would be holding onto this property long-term and buying in a B neighborhood.

My second house I purchased was again the worst in the neighborhood, and it included an inaccessible extra lot that served as it’s backyard.

It’s 2100 sq ft, has a yard, 2 car garage, and are in a really nice neighborhood.

Challenge there is to find homes in the right neighborhoods.

We could actually earn between $100-$200 more per room a month if we rented at the rates going around our neighborhood, but we like to keep it at a price we think is fair and good for students. 

Cheap houses but mediocre neighborhoods.

All of that of course after the normal DD of the blocks, neighborhood, and street. 

It is a D class rural neighborhood.

I recommend all 3 for excellent interview-style real estate info specific for CDNs.

I look for B to C neighborhood and B to C building.
