Bar & Grill has  the best Mexican food in the area, and of course they carry Muscle Vodka!

@Jana Cain @Ned Carey I ended up getting the QBO access 100% yesterday - after my tone changed from being nice to more direct with a deadline. 

People want to use it year round, they love resting the muscles after hiking (although I’m not personally a hot tub lover). 

They have no reason to need them.If you can't get people to show up to look at the place then you should probably go back and do some more market analysis on the price of rental housing in that area.

⏳️💪🏽Less is more in the fitness world.Training hard 7 days a week without rest makes it difficult for your muscle fibers to repair themselves and grow back stronger. 

I mean if the seller agrees to the price and you didn't lie, intimidate or muscle them to do so in fear then I am not sure how it would be unethical. 

If you want passive income with no money and no work it isn't going to happen, you're going to need to provide one or the other and most likely both.

Unless you are going to build an internal PM company or manage your assets full time you are eventually going to need a property manager.  

Having recently had a tree fall on a tenants car I know you don't want it to need attention at that point or after you are gone.
