However, he is getting older and if I would to get my own unit(s) I would be interested in getting a different manager who is not getting old enough to retire in the next 10 years, and who is familiar with and practices "Bigger Pockets Mentality"  I have learned a lot in the Bigger Pockets Managing Rental Properties book.

So I just buy pretty broad index funds for the most part and hang onto them long term.Sticking to real estate for my active investing has been a good plan for me because it has allowed me to master the process without being too distracted.To confirm, I’m not even saying someone needs to do it, but just learning more investment verticals will allow you to get a better understanding about yourself as an investor instead of falling into a herd mentality.  

And by the time it is all over with, and the eviction process is long, we are absolutely exhausted!

I do not understand why bold is not turning off but when I push the button and turn it off, it turns right back on as soon as I type again :p  Anyone who sells aggressively will sound like a guru at times because they have the same sales mentality many gurus do.Every show, no matter how small of an information biscuit my brain gets, is a life changer for me.  

I am not sure if her health condition is purely physical or if it's adversely affecting her mental faculties, but if you have a strong relationship and rapport you can have a candid and open conversation about your intentions and demonstrate any way you can help (through deeds, financial support, etc). 

Need capital, need decent credit, and need an attack mentality.
