Does anyone have a property manager, relator, contractor, CPA that they can recommend in the area?

I would like to bring in a mortgage servicing company to manage the payments.

They're managed by a property manager and bring in about $3k per month in cash flow after fees.With a household income of around $600k (pre-tax) and $100k available for investment, I'm aiming to find investment strategies that prioritize cash flow over property appreciation.

I am a licensed local property manager in the greater Asheville NC area and looking to  locate PM's in the area who may be looking to retire from the business and sell their book of business. 

Active management, however, can be seen as employment, which you might not be permitted to do.Forming an LLC: Forming an LLC itself is not typically considered employment.

Any recommendations for resources (calculators, spreadsheets - I'm a huge data guy), contractors, and any other related professionals in the Pittsburgh area would be so appreciated!

I currently work with Ace Management and Reality and have worked with them for 3 years now.

If the deed holder is a Wyoming LLC, paying recurring registers agent fees (if applicable) is still going to be more cost effective relative to transferring the asset.
