Some of the darker colors can also help hide it, but for your home, I would be going bright white all the way.I think 14' is too large based on the rendering, but would have to be on site to see it in person to know for sure.I'm going to the FIBI meeting in Manhattan Beach Tuesday, maybe I could stop by before the meeting.Bathrooms, how many do you have other than the master!

Two problems we've had with acrylic that were combined with the tub surround... tenant burning tea light candles on the soap dish burned a hole in the surround and another tenant couple (both overweight) who enjoy taking showers together caused the tub and surround to flex so it became detached from the wall.

What I do is if the location is right, the conditional property is right, the layout of the property is right, the existing financing payments are right, and the attitude of the sellers are right, then my job is to put together the deal structure that works for me, and I basically give the project the green light.
