Every title company I do business with have a big big disclosure on every e mail they send that saysVERBALLY confirm wire do not trust e mail.. 

From there, you can ask for referrals and build your network whether it is an agent, lawyer, title company, inspector, contractor etc.Go find a mortgage broker or loan officer and get pre-qualified.

How many lenders, contractors, title companies, partners, etc., etc. did you talk with?

Being that it is in pre-foreclosure I figured it might be a good idea to try and contact the title owner of the property, and purchase the property at well below market value and then resell, for an easy flip.
