I am currently looking to gain as much knowledge as possible and start my career in REI as a wholesaler.

My quick bio: > 25 years old, moved to Michigan from California in 2012 to become a full-time automotive engineer> bought a condo in Royal Oak off 11 mile and sold it late last year for 60K gain.

Been reading and listening for about a week now trying to gain as much education as I can to make an initial investment.  

I understand that every market is different but until I gain experience and would like to put some sort of value for now.

I can get to any of the addresses in a half-hour, and that lets me do quick drive-bys when I am nearby.As a new investor, I gain so much from purchasing properties in a market I understand well.

It's really a math equation here Deb, but we're missing a piece of the info, and that is what you can reasonably expect to gain in rent from having the extra bedroom.

Excited to dive in, continue to learn all I can, and add value while gaining some valuable knowledge and expertise. 

Then I try to gain access to asses the ARV. 

Haitham, What I have found helpful in my area is networking with realtors at Meetup events, sending message via the Meetup group requesting the type of realtor I am looking partner with, and gaining referrals from other investors.
