Question for those of you who know,We currently use several credit cards (to of course gain points) for our apartment properties, which we spend over $150k a year or more on. 

For those of you who have been doing this for a long time or have experience/inside knowledge, if you had $100k, where would you put it, spend it, use it at this point in 2018 to grab some great funds or gains? 

Mainly from the standpoint that you gain a commission from the properties you're buying. 

Or will I get hit with capital gains?
