For things like tile, we're keeping a storage unit so that we can stock up when there is a sale on something we like.

I am trying to buy a self-storage building.

One disadvantage though is lack of storage space, but it's not too inconvenient.

I have looked but don't seem to be able to find a lease agreement form for storage units on this site.
