Ty for the kind words i hope i can find financial freedom one day too, although i see a possibility of losing money without an assurance of being able to pay back so i could try work or graduate before risking bankruptcy. 

I’m still working my day job in Healthcare, but I hope to leverage real estate as my way to financial freedom.
