Hello BP World,Just starting a forum to track my story about using a strategy i learned about from @Seth Williams. 

I actually did reach out via PM too and figured a forum post couldn't hurt. 

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this experience but when I use the Forums result category and sort by Latest, the results are dominated by member profiles rather than forum posts.

I will touch base via a BP forum when I get some clear vetted direction. 

There are some breakdowns in the forums but, every deal is different.

I've been lurking on the site and forums for a while now, but now I'm starting on my first deal.I have a few prospects that I want to look into, but one has been particularly difficult.
