In a nutshell, it is called ZhoutIt and it allows users to both communicate via text without giving their phone number and for users to find services, food, deals, tips, and other local based data via text and mobile app.

I always try to purchase a keyword rich domain rather, and then add them on as "addon" domains within your cPanel if purchasing hosting is limited.
