@John Thedford said "make sure you comply with Dodd-Frank if you owner finance the property", and @Jeff Rabinowitz said "Dodd-Frank has made lending to owner occupants perilous", which was all news to me.

@Robert Taylor  The fire happened Wed @ 4:30 amI had a vm from the inspector on Thursday and the property mgnt also called Thursday morning saying one of their employees saw it on the news.
