For instance I own a cleaning company and have about 4 different policy in place for my protection.

The turnover itself required some cleaning they missed (under appliances, mopping, windows, cleaning carpets, etc), carpet replacement (normal wear and tear) and painting which I know I can't charge for, but were an expense I had sooner than planned with their early termination.  

that is a lot of bathrooms to clean and if you have a maid an extra expense.

It's still possible to get it done w/ clean terms!

They do not require that a homeless person becomes clean, sober, or takes their meds if they're mentally ill but puts them in a house. 

-opened up the floor plan by removing a few non-load bearing walls-painted entire home-new can lights-new appliances for renters downstairs-scraped popcorn ceilings-new LVP flooring up and down stairs-new base and door casing-few exterior adjustments like small decks and cleaning up yard-added accents like shiplap wall and white-washed brick fireplaceThe basement rents at $850 /month and we rent a room upstairs to a friend for $300 /month.

I had to spray my legs and feet with deep woods off just to step back inside the cabin. 

If you MUST get a dumpster, it's your job to keep it clean and not overflowing.

Also cleaned up over grown yard and trees and put in a lawn.
