Let me phrase the question a different way to avoid confusion -  I'd like a mix of SFRs in solid cash flow neighborhoods and some SFRs in good neighborhoods that are in the path of progress.

And that scale continues to shift further as our society makes people believe to be successful you need to get a college degree in a white collar career path.

Interested in buy and hold in local markets as well as other parts of the country.
