I think those are the questions of real concern if you choose to keep and rent.

As long as the purchase price is enough to not leave a lien on the property you can transfer clean title.

We've been talking about "Billing Back" utilities like water, sewer, garbage to the tenants, but we're concerned there will be lots of resistance since rents are already so low in Spokane.What do you all think?

You must leave part of that value in the property as equity.

In fact, some countries put a limit on how much an individual's money can leave the country, even if you can legitimately prove you make much more.   

I'm hoping the siding isn't asbestos, my main concern is pulling the vines off might break off siding and then cause a hazard.

If the landlord's already owed $500 from the security (say 2 months into a 12 month lease), that may not leave much more security to cover all future damages/unpaid rent/cleaning fees/etc. at move-out.

I know advertising, marketing and communications like the back of my hand and I analyze data for a living.I don't have plans to leave my full-time job anytime soon but I'm branching out into new avenues of "passive" income.
