Since I’m relatively new to this, I wanted to run it by the pros, to see if it would even make sense to consider in the future.

The problem is that at some point in the past 1-2 days the options and fields on the settings page relating to signature info changed.

But most my friend who has kids at school age move out from there.

I contract roofing ,due primarily to my age, and dry wall mudding which takes me too long to do economically myself.I do pretty much everything else myself on full gut renos.

I like the idea of basing my offer relative the worst case scenario, might not close as many as if I were to go higher, but as a beginner I probably need to keep in mind “the fewer I close, probably the more profitable each individual one will be” (the lower my offers are, the lower my close ratio will be).And probably a better place to start, than as if I knew what I was doing. :)Thank you both for your wisdom.Cameron
