I wouldn't consider age so much so long as the neighborhood it is in can support your sale price.The best way I can say is to always follow your market and visit some homes personally and eventually you will just know what a certain property is worth and won't need to necessarily find comps

Innago has a better user interface in my opinion, but they have a pretty in depth process to get initially set up and they are still growing their abilities so don't have bi-weekly rent payments as an option yet.

Every company is going to operate a bit differently and you want to ensure that you are comfortable with their operations as well as their style of communication.No company is perfect but a great company will provide great communication to owners and tenants alike and be proactive in refining their systems so when the inevitable hiccups occur there is a plan of action to make corrections and grow stronger over time.

I found Bigger Pockets 2 years ago but im shy and it took me a while to get engaged and realize that were all just students of the game of real estate and some are farther along their journey than others and that is no excuse for me NOT to network and get to know many of you on here and tap into everyone's experience and knowledge and resources to build up my rental portfolio and to help others along the way as my knowledge and experience grows over time.
