The whole city is exanding similarly.Besides the congestion, is this good for home value appreciation or will it lower it since when I try to sell or rent it, most of the other homes will be brand new and this will be a couple of years old.

I paid $192,000 for it, and I estimate it's value as a whole at $225,000 (not appreciating real fast) or as condos at $125,000-$135,000 for each side.

\Like the sales price to someone else would be approx 200k , with a rent of $1500 and that $300 would be a credit to the purchase in 3 years at 200k.If they don't buy I keep the whole 3yearsx$1500 a month?
