Has anyone experienced this in the cook county area?

I think Johnson county, KS area would bring me better tenants and appreciation will be more consistent... are there other areas grow significantly in Kansas City metro?

I see many town home new builds have this feature but likely because it allows higher density/lower cost of land since many lack yard area but the rooftop allows an outdoor feature. 

How do you find the big investors in your area?

I'm interested in boat/rv as well and feel there is a need in the local area here as well as Volusia County.

Anyone have some thoughts on companies in the area? 

DSCR loan, bank statement loan, Seller finance, etc.. there are a lot of ways you can secure the property without needing input from DTI.

Born and raised in New York; I have been working for a contractor for a few years now and have owned my own exterior cleaning business for 4 years as well.

Will a property cash flow day 1, maybe not unless it has a huge down payment but if your goal is to hold it for 15+ years you should not lose out, especially if its in a good area (which goes back to location location location).
