Hey BP,The NYC surrounding areas are seeing HUGE amounts of activity in Real Estate since the reopening has started, so much so that all the local newspapers are talking about it.

I also haven't seen anything more than a duplex in the Frisco, Plano, Carrolton, Richardson, McKinney, Celina, and surrounding areas.You could try Craigslist but it's a gamble.

I've seen homes in Farmers Branch, and Irving which seem like areas that are up and coming would love to hear input on surrounding areas as well.Given the situation I've heard/read mixed signals about investing in real estate what are your thoughts?

Here in Atlanta it is especially important to have a strong understanding of the surrounding area your rental is located in.

Before the virus hit in March, our local real estate markets in Scranton PA and surrounding towns were moving along quite nicely.

Overall, our industrial tenants have remained pretty solid which is true of the Baltimore and immediate surrounding markets as well.  

Especially in many of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown.However, what market are you in?

We are calling any other rehabbers/cash buyers, wholesalers, hard money/private lenders, realtors, contractors and any other real estate investing professionals that are open to connecting in Oklahoma city and surrounding areas.

The single best thing you can do now is simply get into some good cash flowing deals, and surround yourself with the right team! 

I think it’s powerful to surround yourself with those that have similar interests in mind and I wanted that to be established.
