Im both an investor and a licensed realtor.

They get just $15 an hour asking realtors to write 10 purchase contracts 50% off the market value which means low probability of getting accepted.

@Federico Gutierrez - that is a pretty impressive story of scaling up that much in 2.5 years.I too want to start networking and finding realtors, contractors, lenders, and property managers in the area to work with - if anyone has any references or recommendations, please let me know.

Outside of work I take about 3 hours out of each day to study real estate/sales and aspire to become a real estate investor and realtor.
