Any ideas on best method to market in Detroit area? 

It will be some work for me considering he wants to recoup much of his investment with the BRRR method.

I hacked the house a few years ago to help with mortgage payments.

I make a little over 100k a year and have 50k currently ready for a down payment. any insight would be helpful.

I'm looking to purchase a duplex using the BRRR method.

We are interested in doing the BRRRR method and grow our portfolio that way.

Not finding any great deals yet though and the payment and holding fees wouldn't leave me with much cash leftover.

That required $305k total as down payments.

Hi Everyone,I'm playing with the idea of building a Shipping Container Home around Asheville, NC.The plan is to either hold it as an STR, or to sell it.The question I have is regarding Mortgages:* If I hold the property for STR, I will want to be able to Re-finance my money back out (BRRR Method)* If I sell it, I will want to make sure a buyer will be able to take out a mortgage for purchase. 

If you're difficult to deal with or require extra handling (i.e. pays each month's rent in 2 or 3 payments) there's a $250 upcharge on what the rent increase would be normally.
