Should i buy a property in miami,fl ?

The HVAC system is all electric heat pump by Ruud.1 thing that has thrown me off our these thermostats located in each room.

If you are paying for gas the tenant can just turn up the heat and leave the windows open at your expense.

Not sure what is actually actively cooling/heating the house.

It has heat and a few other options that the ultra cheap ones don't have.

That includes cold water, hot water, trash, and heat.
