Tired of working so hard for companies that does not care about it's employees so, time to work for ME!

So, two W2 employees with families, owning our primary residences.  

I was hoping she was a W2 employee, and was going to type a good news email.1099 people are independent contractors, not employees, unfortunately.

I would qualify for that because I was the owner and I did not pay myself or any others that I didn't treat as an employee.  

When choosing a PM company, you are interviewing a "new" employee to add to your team.
