Since you have a limited area that you want, you should look into the Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) program that the post office offers.

Since each lender controls it’s own money you will have to call around to ALL the banks to learn about all the programs.

The government set up a program for farmers to get a loan for another ox etc to increase crop production.
