Even if they don't they still like the fact that it's nothing home cooked.

Often if you want to separate the utilities the units will need to be legal with full cooking facilities and fire rated walls in between.

It sounds like you are looking for advice on whether or not to cause trouble for the agent.. now I am not entirely condoning what the agent did but do you really think it is worth it to stir the pot with this one?

You'll still have your ordinary maintenance calls for clogged toilets, lack of hot water, and maybe even some unusual ones like a crock pot that didn't properly heat and cook their casserole.Short-term makes more money but takes more time, period.

Well....later on (after the basement was finished) when unit two was rented, I went over there to spend some time in unit 1 and cook out and stuff....when I opened the door it was like NIAGARA FALLS coming down in the unit 1 dining room.
