I am now in the process of putting a tenant in place and putting a mortgage on it as early as possible to be ready for the next one.I really like this strategy due to cutting out the high interest rates of a HML and private financing.Make sure to shop around for setup fees.

Large institutional investor or smaller RE shop?

Cars are something many Americans waste money on, but they are typically singular events.

Not all insurers or insurance policies are created equal, however, and you want to make sure that you shop around and speak with multiple insurance brokers.

I met someone who is definitely motivated to sell (got a job in Houston but owned a home near San Antonio and is currently paying 2 mortgages which he told me he couldn't afford to keep doing) but I don't know any investors in that area to even shop the deal to.

My suggestion would be to shop around.

i do need your opinions for property investment.location seems to be important, i found this condo close to shopping mall and grocery store and university. but what if you find out that the seller's price seems to be beyond market value and the owner is just stubborn would you still consider buying it?
