I'm an investor looking to find an investor-friendly real estate brokers throughout North Carolina.

We lived in it for 3 years, then decided to rent it out when we moved north.  

Just north in Bell County you can do the same thing with only a 0.5 acre lot.I'd either lease or owner finance the mobile all day long.

Then we talked about how great North Carolina is how how he can't wait to get out of here.

My wife and joke that that best investment we have in our North Natomas (Sacramento) home is the flood insurance.

Chicago does not allow you to build new 2-4 unit rentals on the north side (not easily or profitibly atleast) and each year more and more 2-4 units are torn down/gutted into single families making that supply lower and lower by the year. 

I am currently selling one of those lands- which is a beach access 18,000 sq. ft lot next to the beach in a private residential community on the North Coast- about $140K.

Only areas up North (WI, MN, MI etc) where folks actually pay their rent and don't steal things actually have low expense ratio for park owned homes.  

I am in north GA, Duluth area.
