I'm sure people have come across these articles, just looking for others take on themSacramento Rental Market Growth1) I can't find another site to substantiate this data, I believe the Yardi Matrix is a fairly trustworthy data source though, have others witnessed this first hand as a Sacramento landlord or found other sources to substantiate this?

My background is IT and have very little RE investing experience however I am eager to change this.Having lived in the Bay Area for the last 16 years, I have witnessed then recent growth of the RE market and wish I had known of the BP community and learned how to get started!

Beautiful 1920's woodwork, brick fireplace, high ceilings, open floor plan.

The property next door, which is almost identical sold for 325k and there is a rehabbed home on the market 2 doors down for 350k (500 sq ft larger and its beautiful, been on the market for 106 days).  

A beautiful family of 2 adults and 3 kids recently liked my house and are willing to rent it out.

Some parts of TN are very beautiful, especially in the Great Smoky Mountains. :) I'm new here as well and looking to learn a lot as well.

I would love a close small group of people to work with in beautiful Snohomish County.

Cops have also been inside the house and have witnessed signs of extremely unsanitary conditions: pet waste/urine around the house, you get the picture..
