If it's already detached, that's the path of least resistance right there.

To say again, she doesn't even support the fee and didn't really put up any resistance to me negotiating it down.

You are comparing the 5th largest economy on the planet with the best weather, most resources and largest population of highly educated and wealthy people with elite universities to Sears,  a great company destroyed by a Goldman Sachs bean counter who overthought everything.  

The idea is to have that individual bring a wholesaler with 1-3 deals more than them into the group, and so on, until we have a game-changing group of 5-7 investors, capable of learning from each others growth, and the ability to weather this ever-growing market we're in!
