I would much rather screen and choose my own tenants every time

I'd recommend using the 'search' feature on BP at the top right of your screen to find GCs & property manager contacts or recommendations.

Just like you would with tenants, screen service providers such as property managers and Realtors. 

You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

I purchased a property to BRRRR it out and it has a screened covered porch.
