If this is the case, I would feel more confident going back and asking for things, but as mentioned, it really comes down to the mental math of what gets the deal done and what do you think will kill the deal.

Feeling more confident... and then Corona Virus

After Disney closed lost 4800 of booking for my home in 20 minutes then tonight it looks like they are banning travel from the uk.

The website is really geared toward buying properties and looks like the boxed site that traveling seminars sell.  

Add to that where you have a vulnerable population (lots of seniors), places where cruise ships have docked and unloaded quarantined people, and centres where people travel a lot (universities, large corporations, conference centres).

@Ken Latchers...This is my first year in the STR game, so nothing to base it on, but I had March and April fully booked and I've had two 7 day cancellations in the last 2 days...One was a military member that was returning from deployment and the DoD has restricted all travel outside of a 50 mile radius from their bases.

We had already been making a point to discuss hygiene and travel, in addition to requiring employees who had visited certain parts of the country to self-quarantine.

I work another job full-time and travel between PST and EST, so there will definitely be times I can't handle emergency requests.
