Also it sounds like the line of credit could be upwards of 8 credit cards from different banks. 

I will lock up the credit cards and attend for the 20%.  

I just notice that www.mint.com is now branch out to bill mint  - bills.mint.com I just signed up and notice that it offer the option to pay the mortgage with your credit card.

And as for another inspector, maybe you should get the card from the buyer's inspector. :)
