I was listening to episode 39 of the bp podcast with Seth Williams and he said he used this company for leads lists for $18/month but I couldn't find it searching the internet and for some reason I can't post in that forum for the podcast.

So with that said has anyone had any luck with leads purchased from the internet?

Also, find out what the most time consuming, onerous or difficult tasks are for your PM.  

That was the whole idea of the system back in the day before the internet and computers.

As it was my underwriter that helped me with the task.

I already have a contractor and would like to add another but I was wondering if there are other methods in acquiring good contacts besides the yellow pages/internet.

Not only is it the best place on the Internet to find real advice from active investors, but where better to meet your future buyers and grow your business network??

The big problem i have is i am looking to transfer my cable and internet from where i previously lived to this space.

Know this Tricia - you can do this - it’s not an impossible task.

It's a task to continuously look at properties with a client when most won't pan out.
