I guess the other option is to use a property mgmt company to find a tenant for you, but I just thought it would be interesting if there's a site where the landlord can peruse a list of quality tenants and reach out to them directly!

The owner handles the rehab themselves.So, we rarely charge any fees as our owners typically choose one of the 3 options and they are all a win/win for both of us.

You could buy a CD right now at 5% and make a better return and that is a VERY conservative choice with much more advantageous options available.
