Hello everyone! After a long while off of BiggerPockets im back and I have learned so much since i first became a member... i was an agent for about 3 years then i moved into the mortgage side for about a year before ...

And one listed the replacement cost as well so they do cover the value from the same three angles that residential appraisals do but they looked at it much closer.

Once they finance me 320k (or 287.5k +32.5k from my own pockets), I would have the 25% required to buy the new plex at the price of 1 280 000. 

Chris---I'm an attorney in Wood River and part of the Bigger Pockets family.  

All three houses would cost abut 200k total and rent between $850-1200 a month.

The GAP financier was a member here on Bigger Pockets who was just recently paid back his entire balance plus his promised ROI.

I just picked up three of your books and was wondering if you or anyone on this forum recommends a specific order I should read themThe three books are:The book on investing in real estate with no money downThe book on rental property investing Set for lifeI am 23 years old, live in Queens, NY and currently am working as a civil engineer on a construction site.

2. would it be a better option to get more people included so its less money out of my pocket?
