Im a small time landlord in the Ohio area, with the governor issuing new closures everyday and recommending social distancing I noticed a dip in amount of showings that I have been able to sign up.

Lastly, underwriter for a local bank will be local, and not some random lady in Ohio, who could care less about this RI file.

I live in Portland, Oregon, will invest in Cleveland, Ohio but currently working on my tan in Scottsdale, Arizona.
