Keep in mind that there can be a wide range in the quality of inspections.

The market has dropped in the area some so selling it would not make sense in my mind.

I tried the search function but did not come up with anything relevant. 

Add a fully functioning kitchenette.

So I’d like to develop a local friendship (or two) clearly based on like minded interests.....making money though real estate....bet you guessed that didn’t you.

Generally speaking, a PM's function is to manage property; an agent's job is to buy/sell.

I think it's important to bounce ideas around and surround yourself with like-minded people.
