Right now you are losing $1800 per year. it'll take 5 years of ownership to make selling a better option, but if there is a major capital expense that causes special assessments, it'll screw you and kill your condo's value.

I totally agree in giving a name or phone number or even some free advice every once in awhile, but what the majority of people are asking for is to basically teach them everything the mentor knows if not just do it for them....all under the guise of "doing my part" and giving back.

get a real estate license and list them.. your doing a ton of work and bringing a product to market that wont sell through wholesale channels.. that's a huge waste of your time money and energy if you good at helping sellers.. get listings listings are money in the bank in many areas these days.. and its a career that you can do for a lifetime..
