Lots of decent houses that would probably rent for $500-800 - most of the nicer single families are in the middle to northern and western quadrant but E of the RR tracks.The WWii housing are the neighborhoods known as Hilltop (pocket near Lincoln/Oliver) and Plainview - Plainview has a mini pocket of Asian Immigrants where the houses are nice (relatively speaking) and picked up and insides (of the one's Ive seen) were decent - think they were Thai or Cantonese - can't remember - had to meet with a few folks for for former ins job there - Plainview I would never invest in - but that's me. 

On another note, my turbo tax e file was rejected and I don't understand why!

Although we had e-mail exchanges about his situation (he said he is trying and that he has some kind of job working from home), I have not officially sent him a 10-day notice but I am considering doing it this week.

Prices are relatively low compared to the rest of the US and there is a significant pool of tenants both Section 8 as well as non Section 8 to choose rom it is not uncommon to list a place for rent and be contacted by 25-50 even more now how many of them meet your rental criteria thats another story. 

So I took a field trip today to 417 E.

The problem with the aforementioned list is that it is a very similar list as everyone else on BP here lately which means there is going to be a lot of competition right?
