@Deadrick Colbert I just read another thread today where someone said they had done several deals with them and they are a legitimate lender.

We intend to make a legitimate offer that we would happily perform on if accepted (by 3 third parties).The property has liens totalling $170K, is listed at $112K and isn't worth more than $90K FMV.

The insurance co. is Not at fault as they are only liable to pay for a legitimate liability, which they did.

Basically, someone that has been successful enough in their market to grow a legitimate business, have employees, etc.  

Are my concerns legitimate or overblown?  

Any supplying of a certification of the dog is fake as there is no legitimate certification or registration for either ESA's or service animals.One thing I wonder as I do see these posts a lot, is I wonder if people are using the proper insurance policies.

The shotgun approach is not exactly ethical unless you have a legitimate reason for believing in the guilt of each of the persons/entities included in the lawsuit. 

For future reference, @Shawn Holsapple getting a copy of his orders is a completely legitimate request (as I'm sure you know) and that after having gotten a copy of his orders, given that they are real orders (and not a hookup from their admin buddies), there will be a number on them to call and verify them. 

I have no license what license do I need to have so I can be legitimate company and grow my business .

People thinking I'm a con-man, when I work to provide a legitimate service for my customers.
