Any supplying of a certification of the dog is fake as there is no legitimate certification or registration for either ESA's or service animals.One thing I wonder as I do see these posts a lot, is I wonder if people are using the proper insurance policies.

For future reference, @Shawn Holsapple getting a copy of his orders is a completely legitimate request (as I'm sure you know) and that after having gotten a copy of his orders, given that they are real orders (and not a hookup from their admin buddies), there will be a number on them to call and verify them.
