If your target buyers will tend to notice FS elements and make buying decisions based on them, then yes, you should definitely take this into consideration and make appropriate business and rehab decisions based on it.Personally, I've never had a buyer mention FS to me or my agents, so I don't believe it's an issue with my buyer demographic, but if it were, I'd definitely make sure to take it into consideration.

April Higbee,One of my friends took my advice, and did the 30 day spending diary.After 2 weeks, he looked to see where he could save some money.He decided to stop buying a lunch every day, and started brown bagging his lunch 4 of the 5 days he worked.Saving over $100 each month.Then he stopped buying his morning coffee on the way to work.He brought coffee from home, and used the microwave in work to heat it.Saving another $40+ each month.He did a few other things, after looking at the spending diary, and was saving close to $200 each month.Raymond

Hey Dave,I just caught your asbestos example, funny you should mention this as I am under contract for a beautiful 2 fam built in 1932 with a steam heating system and you guessed it the steam mains in the basement are covered in asbestos insulation.The seller actually the executor (ths is an estate sale) has agreeed to remediate and reinsulate with fiberglass which is what I asked for.'
