With each deal you do, you get experience and knowledge which takes time. 

IRS will view group as 1 (from experience).There are certain hours that do not count.

This will depend on the type of loan, size of the deal, experience, FICO, and property location.

I like talking to people as part of my research journey, and in my experience there are some people who don’t mind and are willing to help.

What are your experiences with VRBO guests?

A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can’t afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland.
