The main house is a 4/2 2500 sq ft that was built in 1900 and needs to be updated before it could be rented it has a newer roof and stays dry but needs new windows plumbing and electrical as well as some foundation work so it’s on the back burner for now.

It's not uncommon for homes here to move due to our dry and wet periods of weather.

With coin-op and quality equipment you can determine the "per cycle" cost for water usage in particular, and gas/electric for drying also.
