If they don't have everything you need, fill in their holes, for example, if they do not have multifamily vendors as described above, get them set up for the PM and then manage the heck out of the process.

from what you describe $50-$100 per time is probably about right, I just got a guy for a SFR in Merrill for $25-30 depending on how much we get, but its just a small section of sidewalk and a standard driveway, same price for a different guy on a property in Antigo. so I would say your on par.

@Oliver Fang Welcome to the site - there's a ton of people here from SD, so you're definitely not alone.Do what you want and what you believe in, of course, but I would HIGHLY recommend against a laissez-faire strategy like you've described - you're unlikely to drive real returns on your investment anytime soon.Sounds like you've been reading up as your question references some of the core concepts.
